Introduction

Welcome to my Home Page - the main gate to my WWW pages!

In addition to Personal Information, these pages contain some info about my activities as Research Engineer in Brazilian integrated steelworks (Companhia Siderúrgica Paulista - COSIPA and Gerdau Ouro Branco), as the technical editor of the magazines Plástico Industrial (Industrial Plastics) and Corte e Conformação de Metais (Metal Cutting and Forming), and technical contributor of the magazines Fundição e Serviços (Foundry and Services) and Máquinas e Metais (Machines and Metals).

So here is a list of my Technical Publications Written in English, which includes papers about development and modelling of hot rolling processes, development of hot rolled flat products like dual phase and microalloyed steels, batch annealing of steel coils, statistical/scientific software and so on.

It is also available some Scientific Freeware, that is, listings of some simple scientific programs developed by me, about Statistics/Data Handling, Quantitative Metallography and Hot Rolling Models.

The Portuguese Version of my home page includes a section about the basics of polymer materials, my publications in Portuguese language and my favourite technical and personal Internet links.
